Learning Outcomes

The aim of the HACCP course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of food safety management principles and the practical skills necessary to implement and maintain a HACCP system effectively in food-related businesses in compliance with Irish regulations.

On successful completion of this course learners will receive a Food Safety HACCP 2 certificate from Moran Safety Services valid for 2 years.
